You know how teach, but how do the things you're used to doing in a digital environment? While Canvas can do some amazing things, this session is intended to show teachers how to accomplish the daily tasks like attendance, outreach, finding content (and using things you already have) and daily live instruction.
Questions we'll answer are:
- How do I know if they "attended school" when they aren't in front of me?
- What should I do first?
- How can I get ready for that first week?
- How much work should I be adding into my class?
The goal of these sessions is to compare and contrast what you have done in the past, and what online instruction requires us to do in order to provide a great experience for our students.
